Nothing. There are no setup fees, monthly subscriptions, or listing costs, and there is no contract or exclusivity commitment. Peerspace only earns when you get a confirmed booking, and even then, you never receive an invoice from us.

The corporate mix skews heavily toward weekdays — which is why it pairs so well with a venue's slow nights.
Our fee is a flat amount based on your booking subtotal, tiered by size, and capped at $1,000 per event.
Depending on the rates provided to the guest, they either pay a space rental fee (if applicable) or reservation fee to book. Then the remaining due for food and/or drinks is charged at the venue.
No. Each booking must be approved, declined, or updated with a custom proposal before confirmation, unless instant-book is enabled.
Peerspace does not collect payments for food and/or beverages. Using your preferred software to collect payments associated with these items is recommended.
