How it works

It works like a large-party reservation. Because it is one.

No new set up or software. You already know how to host a private event. Peerspace just sends you more of them.

1

List your venue for free

Apply in about 5 minutes. We’ll help you build your listing.

2

Welcome guests to your space

Event hosts send booking requests with date, headcount, and event details. Accept the ones that fit, decline the ones that don’t. No penalty either way.

3

Host the event, get paid

Guests settle food and beverage directly with you—your POS, your menu, your service. Run it like any other private party.

“Peerspace is by far the best third-party platform we've partnered with when it comes to generating leads. It's helped us significantly increase bookings for our upstairs private room.”

Questions, answered

The things every owner asks first

Is this really for a bar / restaurant / brewery like mine?

Yes — this program was built specifically for venues that serve food and drink: bars, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and similar spaces. You don't need a dedicated event space or an events team. If you can host a large party, you can host a Peerspace event.

How much does it cost?

Listing is free. You pay one flat fee per confirmed event booking, based on the booking size. We never take commission on food, beverage, or alcohol sales. There are no subscriptions or listing fees, and no fee if you never get booked. You see the fee on every request before you accept it.

How do payments work?

Guests reserve and pay a booking fee through Peerspace, then settle their food and beverage directly with you — your POS, your tab, just like any large party or buyout. Your F&B revenue never sits in a platform payout queue, and we never take a cut of it.

I already host private events. Why would I need this?

Keep doing them — nothing about Peerspace asks you to stop. Peerspace adds a demand channel you don't currently have: corporate planners and party hosts searching online for venues in your city. There's no exclusivity, so it stacks on top of everything you already do.

Will this take a lot of time to manage?

No. There's no calendar to babysit and no inbox to live in. Booking requests come to you with the date, headcount, and details; you accept or decline. Most hosts spend a few minutes per request. Setup takes about 5 minutes to apply, and we help build the listing from there.

What if a request doesn't fit — wrong night, wrong crowd, too small?

Decline it. You approve every booking individually, you set your minimum spend, and you control which dates and dayparts are open. There's no penalty for saying no.

What kinds of events get booked?

Corporate and social events: team offsites, happy hours, client dinners, holiday parties, and launch parties on the corporate side; birthdays, engagements, anniversaries, and celebrations on the social side. The corporate mix skews heavily toward weekdays — which is why it pairs so well with a venue's slow nights.

Can I leave if it's not working?

Anytime. There's no contract term, no exclusivity, and no cancellation fee. Pause your listing for a busy season or remove it entirely — you're never locked in.
